Whether you’re dreaming of custom sneakers or statement-making boots, the process begins with a $250 non-refundable initial deposit to secure your custom design consultation.

How the Custom Order Process Works

Step 1: Secure Your Consultation

Place your initial $250 non-refundable deposit to begin your custom order experience.

Step 2: Let’s Create Something Amazing!

After receiving your deposit, I’ll contact you by email to schedule a personal consultation. We’ll discuss your footwear preferences, sizing, creative vision, and design ideas.

Step 3: Design Approval & Pricing

Once we’ve discussed your vision and agreed on the design, I’ll provide your total custom order price.

Step 4: Reserve Your Spot on My Creative Bench

A total deposit equal to 50% of your agreed-upon custom order price is required before work begins.

Your initial $250 deposit will be credited toward that amount, so you’ll only pay the difference to complete your 50% deposit.

Step 5: Let the Art Begin!

Once your design is approved and your required deposit is received, your one-of-a-kind RadKicks creation will officially enter my production schedule!

Important Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, including the initial $250 deposit and any additional deposit payments.

The remaining balance of your custom order will be due upon completion, before your footwear is shipped or delivered.
